We produce about 100 units daily of control boxes and switch boxes, each with different sizes, opening positions, and colors. After the NC and laser processing steps, which eliminate manual labor, the products inevitably go through processes that require human intervention. However, we implement various strategies here to enhance productivity and achieve zero mistakes. For example, in the welding assembly process shown in the photo, four workers divide the tasks as much as possible and assign responsibilities to eliminate the risk of forgetting to weld and to achieve high productivity.
